  • Monthly Rate with 30AMP Service: $895.00 per month, plus electric (metered). All monthly sites require a two month minimum stay in the off-season. If you leave sooner than two months, your bill will be recalculated at the weekly rate. All monthly sites include: water, sewer, cable and WiFi (selected sites only). A $250.00 security deposit is required for all monthly reservations and will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after you have checked-out provided there are no outstanding charges on your account, bulk items/trash left behind and/or damage to the site. The monthly rate increases by $150.00 a month during the Summer months of June, July and August. This rate includes two adults and any children (17 and under). Any additional adults are $100.00 extra per month or $6.00 per night. The monthly rate is discounted and no other discounts may be applied except for active military personnel who may receive a discount of $50.00 per month.
  • Seasonal Rate: $2,500.00 per season, plus electric (metered). The season is all year-long and includes storage, all weekends from April through October, plus up to four one-week stays. This rate includes two adults and any children (five and under). A deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a seasonal site. We require four monthly payments starting December 1st and ending March 1st if not paying for your site in full. All sites paid in full by January 1st will receive a $150.00 discount.
  • Storage: $175.00 per month or $10.00 per day. Must submit pictures for approval before reserving a storage site. For campers currently staying monthly, the rate will be discounted to $100.00 per month for additional trailers. The storage rate does not include water, electricity, sewer, cable, WiFi, amenities, etc. Any usage of our amenities may incur extra charges.
  • Weekly Rate: Stay six nights, receive the seventh night FREE! This offer may not be combined with any other discounts.
  • Scout and Nonprofit Group Rates: Please call or email for additional information.

Check-In Policy: Check-in time for all sites and rentals is 3:00PM. If you would like to check-in any earlier, you must call the office first to verify that your site has been cleaned and will be available for your arrival. If it is, you may check-in any time after 12:00PM without an early check-in fee. If you check-in any earlier than 12:00PM, you will be charged an additional fee of $15.00.

 

Check-Out Policy: Check-out time for all sites is 2:00PM and check-out time for all rentals is 12:00PM. If you would like to check-out any later, you must notify the office before 11:00AM. All late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee of $15.00.

Guest Rates: All rates are based on two adults and any children (ages 5 and under) occupancy per site.

  • Extra Adults (18 and over): $10.00 each per night.
  • Teenagers (13 to 17): $7.00 each per night.
  • Children (6 to 12): $5.00 each per night.

  • Cable TV (Full Hook-Up & W/E Pull Thru sites) and WiFi are both complimentary with your stay.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

:

  • MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards are all accepted.
  • Personal checks are accepted for deposits and monthly campers only. They will not be accepted upon check-in for nightly and weekly stays.

 

Discounts: You must present your membership or ID card upon check-in to receive discounts on nightly stays.

  • 10% Discount for AAA, Good Sam, Family Motor Coach, Police, Firefighter, and Paramedics.
  • 15% Discount for Senior (65 and up) and Military citizens (Active and Retired).
