Special Rates:

  • Monthly Rate with 30AMP Service: $795.00 per month, plus electric usage (metered). All monthly sites require a two month minimum stay in order to receive the monthly rate. If you leave sooner than two months, your bill will be recalculated at the weekly rate. All monthly sites include: water, sewer, cable and WiFi (selected sites) -all pull-thrus. A $250.00 security deposit is required to make a reservation and will be refunded to you 7-10 business days after you have check-out. Rates increase by $150.00 a month during the summer months. Sites include 2 adults and any children you have (17 and under). Any additional adults are $100.00 extra per month. The monthly rate is already discounted and no other discounts may apply except active military personnel may receive a discount of $50 off. Call to make reservation.
  • Weekly Rate: Stay six nights, recieve the seventh night free!

Discounts: Must present Discount or ID Card upon check-in to receive discount.

  • 10% Discount for AAA, Good Sam, Family Motor Coach, Police, Firefighter, and Paramedics.
  • 15% Discount for Senior (65 and up) and Military citizens.


Price Per Person: All rates are based on two adults and three children occupancy per site.

  • Extra Adults (18 and over): $10.00 each per night.
  • Teenagers (13 to 17): $8.00 each per night.
  • Extra Children (12 and under): $6.00 each per night.


Additional Rate Information:

  • Cable TV & WiFi (selected sites) are both complimentary with your stay.
  • Seasonal sites are not offered.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.


Acceptable Payments:

  • MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
  • Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.  They will not be accepted upon check-in.
