SPECIAL RATES AND DISCOUNTS

*Monthly Rate $725.00 per month. Rates increase by $150.00 a month during summer months. Electric is metered for monthly campers and billed once a month. If there is no meter available it is a flat $150.00 per month.

*All rates are based on a two person occupancy. Extra adults 18 and over are $6.00 each per night. Children 13 to 17 are $4.00 each per night. Children 12 and under are FREE up to 3 children, extras are $3.00 each per night.

*We do not charge extra for A/C or Heater use. Cable TV & Wi-Fi are FREE.

*10% Discount for AAA, Good Sam, Family Motor Coach, Police, Firefighter, and Paramedics. 15% Discount for Seniors and Military. Must present Discount or ID Card upon check-in

There is a $250.00 security deposit for all monthly sites.

*We do not offer seasonal sites.

*Call for any Scout or Group Rates.

*We accept personal checks for deposits only. We will not accept them at check-in. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards.
